The care I received from their staff, especially Katie Golinowsky (Patient Experience Manager) was exceptional. She went far and beyond and kindly honored me the treatment despite that it was purchased long time ago under the previous administration. The entire process from the time I contacted Katie, to the time I received the treatment, was easy, satisfactory, and pleasant. In addition, Cyndi Cleary (Physician Assistant) was very professional, attentively listened to my concerns/questions and foremost provided recommendations. She provided the dermal treatment with positive/satisfactory results. Overall, the entire team at the spa/clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
