I asked an employee where the owner was. He pointed across the parking lot to what looked like 50 ppl having a cookout. Full on hired chefs and grills, steaks everywhere. I approached the owner and asked what the celebration was. He said, no celebration, I just try and do this once a month for my staff. How cool is that. Every employee was smiling and in good spirits. What a great morale builder and a great way to show appreciation to your staff. Other business owners take note.“
