Ok they are the best building maintenance we have ever had. They come in like ghosts of cleaning future. We literally forgot they were here for a while and everything just was clean all the time. It is kind of like having a one sided marriage where the wife does everything efficiently and we are the lazy good-for-nothing husband that doesn't notice because it's just the norm. I would do everything in my power to keep them.
