She went far and beyond and kindly honored me the treatment despite that it was purchased long time ago under the previous administration. The entire process from the time I contacted Katie, to the time I received the treatment, was easy, satisfactory, and pleasant. In addition, Cyndi Cleary (Physician Assistant) was very professional, attentively listened to my concerns/questions and foremost provided recommendations. She provided the dermal treatment with positive/satisfactory results. Overall, the entire team at the spa/clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
