I usually have Nicole take care of my haircuts. I came in and she happened to be off so I rolled the dice on trying someone new and got Erica. Definitely a situation where trying someone new wasn’t a mistake. She was very friendly. Great conversation which always makes the time in the chair fly by. Super happy with the finished product. While I didn’t purchase any additional products she was very knowledgeable and informative. My son adores the little lady that cuts his hair! She remembers the small things that he has told her. Like he has a girlfriend (he's 6 lol)! Always a perfect cut for him and his Dad! There is a new member of the team from PA who gave me an amazing cut! She's really funny and great at what she does! I wish I knew these ladies names but Lincoln says hi amd he'll see you soon!
