I've been coming here for about four months now, and every day has been the best day. The workout variations and amazing coaches make it a fantastic experience. I have to give a big shoutout to the gym manager—who is also an amazing coach—Jazz, and Dina for inspiring me through it all! I highly recommend this place with five stars to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout.

Love working out here, coaches have great energy and correct my posture for certain workouts. I stopped working out after pregnancy and F45 has been helping me to get back in shape.

Love this place! Team F45 members are always welcoming and the work modules are designed perfectly hitting every muscle in your body. Last and most important, the trainers are so interactive with a personal touch. They correct your posture, motivate you and guide you based on your questions.
