Overall my experience was great! Management/reception could’ve been more welcoming in their tone when I called to book my appointment. Monica made me really comfortable for this being my second wax with her. She was very fast and informative during the entire wax.

I absolutely love European Wax Center in Apex, NC! They offer a variety of services and their facility is immaculately clean. My aesthetician, Serenity, was awesome! She's a true professional, friendly and provided great service. I highly recommend this place.

I had Ashley as my wax specialist and she was amazing! So personable and made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through everything she was going to do and I felt as though she really took the time to get to know me as a client. Highly recommend!
