Had my first wax today with Ashley. All of her reviews are correct. She was AMAZING! She was gentle, friendly, and informative! I went ahead and scheduled a follow up. If you're nervous about a wax being awkward or super painful, book with Ashley because she'll put you right at ease! The building was very clean and the staff working the front desk were also friendly and informative.Highly recommend!
This was my first visit and from the front desk to the back with my technician Alanna, my experience was great! Alanna was knowledgeable, she listened and gave me exactly what I asked for. She also made a couple of suggestions that I will consider ,going forward. Alanna is amazing. I was so nervous when I started waxing, but she walked me through the whole process, took breaks and provided me valuable information, and she know does her job well.She is very professional yet friendly. I’ve had a couple sessions with her and each session gets better. I highly recommend her.
