Incredibly well managed! The coaches are experts in their field, amazingly kind and wonderful to be around. They are supportive of everyone at every stage of their fitness journey. They encourage every person to achieve their goals and beyond.

Awesome gym with AC, very spacious, and amazing coaches. Everyone including the people in the class were very friendly and welcoming. The coaches were very supportive and worked closely with me since I’m new to CrossFit. I would highly recommend this gym if you’re in the area!

"How can you tell if someone does CrossFit? You don't. They tell you." That was the joke I heard long before I joined. One year later, I see why that joke is out there...if you find something this good then you want to tell others. It's hard to explain but its more than just a group fitness class. It's a community that works out together. You'll find friendly coaches and encouraging members of all ages and skill levels to meet you wherever you are and keep you coming back. I'm over 40 and in the best shape of my life...yet a long way to go. So, yeah, now I tell everybody. :)
