“I asked for carpet cleaning for 3 rooms and stairs in a recently purchased townhouse where previous tenants had a cat. Hratch did such a great job describing the needed services and the after care and I am so happy with how clean and fresh the carpet looks. It’s hard to bring 8 yrs old light beige carpet to its former glory and mine looks like new and the cat smell is gone! It is beyond me how someone can give a second-hand review based on hearsay that this business supposedly had cleaned the carpets in their apartment before they moved in. Some cleaners will charge extra for fabric protection such as Scotch Guard-type protectants (one company had wanted to charge us $40 per 8 x 10 area rug, plus move our furniture for them and vacuum before they came).
