Sarah and Kendra run a quality massage studio. I get a very deep tissue massage due to muscle tightness because of serious back issues. My body always feels better for days after a massage. Both Sarah and Kendra have studied the body and muscular system intimitly and are experts. The price is a bit higher than other massage companies but their expertise and frequent customer discount make this place a necessary for me!

Bodywork Connections has fantastic, caring Massage Therapists and I've been a client there for 3+ years. Sara Toogood sets the bar for other massage therapists in my opinion, she's truly exceptional in her craft. I suffer from chronic migraines and Sara is magnificent at helping relieve stress and address problem areas in my neck and shoulders that can be a trigger for my migraines. She's attentive to my problem areas and I always feel the difference when I've gone to her. I've joined their monthly program and regularly get in to see her every 4 weeks - what a difference it has made! I now have my husband going monthly to Sara for general stress relief massage as well!...read full review

The team at Bodywork Connections is excellent. Each therapist provides attentive, specialized care in a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable and their availability is unmatched. Can't recommend highly enough!
