I recently had a wonderful visit from Maryland to Radiance Rx Skin & Aesthetics for a dermal treatment. The care I received from their staff, especially Katie Golinowsky (Patient Experience Manager) was exceptional. She went far and beyond and kindly honored me the treatment despite that it was purchased long time ago under the previous administration. The entire process from the time I contacted Katie, to the time I received the treatment, was easy, satisfactory, and pleasant. Discovered the bliss of microdermabrasion with Monti!
Why did I never try before?!? I’ve done way more invasive procedures for my acne riddled, difficult skin that are great, too, but this is quick with zero down time aside from looking so much fresher and rejuvenated — truly!
I’m hooked and definitely getting more treatments and add it in to my next facial. Love! And Monti is always fabulous!
The wait time here is always short for me. Staff is friendly and always willing to help me with my questions. Love this place! My daughter, dad and I have been going since she was 14, now she’s 40! We’ve been through pimples to skin cancers!
