Absolutely the best! We lost water on a Friday evening, called and they had someone come out and diagnose that night, needed new well pump. Figured we would be without water until they could get parts on Monday. Got back home from church after lunch on Sunday and they were wrapping up fixing the well pump. One of them had left vacation early, the other went to early service, they called their supply house and got them to open up on Sunday to get the parts needed to rebuild pump head, came over and got it done. Our well is 825 ft deep with 1" galvanized pipe, so they pulled all that, repaired and had it back in about 3 hours. They went way above and beyond sacrificing...read full review

It was wonderful having the Franklin brothers come and fix my well. They were respectful, courteous and friendly. They made you feel like they have known you for years. They did not do anything without making sure that I was aware of it first. My well is over 24 years old and they replaced the pump and other parts, and now it is like a new one. I was also happy with the price, which I thought was fair. I would recommend the Franklin Brothers 100%.
