“Cannot recommend K&W Service and Repair more! We initially reached out to them last winter based on a referral from a friend when our heating went out. They were able to come by quickly, despite high demand during the extreme cold front, and stayed late into the day to ensure we had a working heater. They came back to ensure the problem was fully addresse and worked hard to find a repair instead of telling us we needed a high cost replacement. We then signed onto a service contract with them which gives us peace of mind that as we go into the summer and winter we have working units. When we had an issue with our AC not working there was no stress as we knew just who to call. They responded quickly and were out at the house within an hour and a half. They even came out to fix it despite it being late in the day rather than us going the night without AC. They are great to work with, follow up with texts to make sure everything is going well and are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!“

“WONDERFUL COMPANY, SERVICE AND PEOPLE! Last minute, on a Friday evening when temperatures dropped below freezing, I had NO heat! Michael Warren came out to my home in under an hours notice, and within minutes found it was a simple issue and had us back up and running! My friend, Maggie Morrow had seen my plea for help on Facebook and jumped into action, both of them are my heroes! My house was down to 50 degrees! “Billy is top notch. Was referred to him by my father who had a new unit installed 20+ years ago and still going strong. I had a unit installed in 2004 and today had to call him on a Sunday to replace the capacitor. He was out within 1.5 hrs and work was completed without issue at a fair cost. We now have cool air for a 95 degree day. Referred my sister to him when she moved here and also had a unit replaced (knew it was needed when she bought the house) and had been issue free. He is and will continue to be my Go to person for HVAV as well as for my entire family.“

“Went here to get my COVID vaccine and they did really good. They were good to me, made sure I was accommodated (I have a needle phobia), and in general it was a good vaccination experience for me. They did a good job. They were clear on how long I would have to wait until I would need to get my second vaccine and when I came back for my second vaccine they helped me out and vaccinated me and did a good job.You even get a sticker and badge on the way out.I am now a happy vaccinated teen. Got my first shot April 13 and my second shot May 4 (was a good way to spend Star Wars day) and am happy to being doing my part to protecting me and others.Highly recommend for COVID vaccine.“
