This was my first visit to Carolina Eye Center and I couldn’t be happier with the professional and friendly care I received. I had significant vision issues and Dr. Owens and Dr. Ball explained everything to me using examples and words I could understand. Dr. Owens personally called me the next day to see if I had any other questions. Everyone I encountered during my visit was extremely attentive, caring and helpful.
I was able to find stylish glasses at a very affordable price. I could pick and choose different options for frames and lenses that were within my budget.

Everything was great, except the cost. And I had to wait a while to check in because there was only one person at the desk, and she was on the phone. But after about 5 minutes, another worker came out and helped us, and then IMMEDIATELY after that, the other lady was able to hang up, which was good because there was a line behind us by this point. And then a 3rd person even showed up. After that, the wait wasn't too long. And the staff was excellent. Especially the initial nurse.
I'm not sure why, but they didn't even ask to dilate my eyes (but they did with my husband, but he's a few years older, so maybe that's why?). And the actual optometrist was very attentive...read full review
I had a great customer experience today, I went in for an adjustment on my new glasses and had top notch service they listened and worked with me to get them right. Thank you again to the 2 young ladies that helped me.
