Shout out to Sandhills Heating, Refrigeration and Electric. I’ve used them for over 6 years to maintain our AC unit. It’s an older unit, and I’m certain other companies would have urged us to replace it already. But they’ve taken great care of the maintenance, and coach us on efficient usage. They reach out every 6 months to schedule our checkup. I’m texted when the tech is en route. And the tech is always polite, thorough and explain the process to us. Kaine, who has been our regular tech for the last couple of years, even tells me what’s going on in our crawl space regarding our vapor barrier and moisture level. I was very satisfied with the service I received today from Sandhills Heating and Air. Jonathan Rameriz was the technician that was working on our units. He was very courteous and professional. He answered my questions. I would recommend Jonathan and Sandhills Heating to everyone.
Had my semi annual service today. Kaine Jenkins did an absolutely super job. He cares, goes the extra mile, and is very professional at his work. He deserves a bonus for not only the quality of his work but also for how he treats the customer. Well done Kaine!
