Shout out to Sandhills Heating, Refrigeration and Electric. I’ve used them for over 6 years to maintain our AC unit. It’s an older unit, and I’m certain other companies would have urged us to replace it already. But they’ve taken great care of the maintenance, and coach us on efficient usage. They reach out every 6 months to schedule our checkup. I’m texted when the tech is en route. And the tech is always polite, thorough and explain the process to us. Kaine, who has been our regular tech for the last couple of years, even tells me what’s going on in our crawl space regarding our vapor barrier and moisture level. I was very satisfied with the service I received today from Sandhills Heating and Air. Jonathan Rameriz was the technician that was working on our units. He was very courteous and professional. He answered my questions. I would recommend Jonathan and Sandhills Heating to everyone.
Jose detected a shot in a wire that was causing my heat strips to come on even though not called for. It had been increasing my electricity bill for several months.
He replaced the wire & resolved the problem.
We were very pleased with his professionalism.
