Waste of time , I asked if me and my partner could get our services done at the same time for my birthday . As we waited , a woman who had an appointment but missed it came in and they took her , rushed my partner in the chair and proceeded to make me wait a hour with no heads up someone was never coming to me . I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend it . When they finished my partners feet there was no difference because they were rushing . A complete waist of time and the money I paid for the feet .Services: Foot massages

This shop is okay, my feelings are in between. They're clean, I never have to wait when I go. The son can be a bit lazy at times. I've had him do my nails twice, I wasn't pleased. His work was fine, but didn't want to work. If I ask you for a service and I'm paying you, do your job. I had diamonds on my nails. He didn't want to take them off. He said "next time I'll put your diamonds on. No you won't. I had swarovski pieces added. Got the entire bag at Hobby Lobbies for $5. I was charged $5 once before for their little ugly rhinestones. They added three on two fingers. I added the swarovski with jewelry adhesive that YOU USE FOR NAILS. Plus I'm paying you to take them...read full review

I just moved here from Florida and I was recommended to Luxury Nails. It was clean and staff were friendly, however the prices are a ripoff. Pink & white is already expensive as it is. I was charged 3 dollars to file my nails shorter and 5 dollars to have a clear coat put on top... never in my life have I been charged for these as extras. There was only 2 people working in there for the first hour with many people in line so my pedicure was rushed. The massage was hardly existent for a 27 dollar pedicure. Very upsetting. Will not return.
