I had an amazing experience with this company!
I initially called and said "Hi! i would like to come pick out flooring and have someone bring it to my house and lay it for me without me having to do anything!! Can you guys help me?", she giggled and ensured me they could help!
She then transferred me to a gentleman named Chris Horwich who helped and guided me the whole way! He was patient, knowledgeable, kind and very friendly!
It was suggested to me by friends to "shop around" before committing to one company but i was so happy with the service that i decided to simply continue with Wackys, no matter the price differences... read full review
We are new to the area and had our best (flooring related) customer service experience at Wacky’s Flooring. They were professional and punctual. I received a call back and had an “install consultation” scheduled the same day that I called them. Their knowledge and resources are worth a visit. They told me to go online to Torly’s website to see my kitchen with their virtual flooring visualizer. Great Company. Great employees!
