Fast and friendly staff members at the cashiers. I appreciated a staff member reminding me that I could redeem my points for $10 off of my purchase.

Bought a betta fish that didn't make it- it died just a few days later - but PetSmart was amazing to exchange! I didn't have my receipt, but my phone number is on file and so they looked up the purchase and had everything taken care of very quickly. Great customer service as always, PetSmart!

My dog Riley was groomed at Petsmart today for the first time. I'm very cautious on where I take my little guy but within 10 minutes knew he was in good hands. Melissa was his groomer and she was very kind, gentle not to mention professional. Highly recommend!
