I had purchased the extended warranty. My heat pump motor was defective. Owner Mike showed up and fixed the issue and cleaned everything. So polite, so professional. I have to say that he went above and beyond.

Very fast service, several businesses turned me away because I wasn't already a customer but Innovative came the next day to clean my heat pumps. Staff was great as well. Thank you Innovative!
