Physically impossible to make an appointment. Tried for hours on multiple ocassions and line is always busy. I can't get in to see my family doctor. There needs to be a better system, a way to leave a voicemail or something. This is pathetic

I started to call at 4:50 (just in case) and kept hitting instant redial until 5:30 (158 calls), and never got through. How exactly does one get through to make an appt??? There needs to be a better system.

Extremely friendly receptionist. She was kind and understanding. I explained my complaint and symptoms, and was given an appointment. She actually called me back 10 minutes later and was told she could fit me in at an earlier time.
