I called to ask about some work, doesn’t matter what the work was. This guy made fun of me when I told him I drive a VW Jetta, instead of professionally explaining he isn’t certified to work on Volkswagen, or saying he doesn’t have the proper tools for the make(which is common for cow owners). He hung up in my face. Stings. Short phone call with no intention of treating customers to a standard of civility. DW about my car, I know a guy.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
