Great overall experience with Brandon, he was very upfront from the get go, and got right to the meat and potatoes. Which is what was looking for, he covered every basis, and provided exactly what I paid for. Would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who needs it. Great job.
The team was very experienced and professional- after viewing and assessing the property - they took the time to walk through the property and share their observations in detail. They came across as comprehensive and they were patient with our questions. We would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a home purchase.
Having worked in property and casualty markets for over 25 years and seen numerous property inspection reports, I have never seen one so wonderfully done, on various levels (video, photo, summaries and break out details).
