Quick and efficient. Explained the process. The service tech took the time to explain, there was no mold present and it was not that dirty. Better safe than sorry to maintain the unit
It take more than a week to get an appointement, probably because of the eat. The service was impeccable. The technician knew is job and was efficient. And in top of that we have the service in french. It was really appreciated.

He did a great job and even called Hayward to say that my unit had a grinding noise and Hayward called me right away to schedule a service call as our units are still under warranty.
