had to have 2 motors replaced (loud) and an outside board as well. within a few weeks we had the initial service check, quote and work completed. employee was friendly and offered information that i didn’t know about when running our heat pump. service was efficient. Though while he was here to fix2 things i complained about the 3rd and he was able to replace it at the same time. appreciated.
Hayward just installed a new Kerr mini split in our bedroom. From sales to install they were very professional and easy to talk to. They came, they went and you couldn’t tell they were even here.
