"Dr." Melanie Arsenault (Are medical degrees cracker jack prizes here or something?) is a laughingstock and a travesty to the Canadian Healthcare system, I would much rather pay for healthcare. For the rest of this review I will refrain from using the term doctor in association with Arsenault because the title does not fit, I would, however suggest usage of the term Clown or Fool. I, while on leave from my standard duties in the U.S. Military visited My Fiancé whom I accompanied to an appointment with Arsenault. Unbelievably Useless, called for more information on whether or not I could be seen as a walk in, administrative assistant immediately attempts to direct me to other services, as though calling her was my first attempt at getting seen by a physician; and is generally wildly unhelpful and offers no useful information at all. looks like I'm going to St anne thanks for nothing you so called professionals.

On the phone I pressed 0 as I wasnt a patient of any of the Drs. The Administrative Assistant at the front desk on the phone was of no help. Did not know if any doctors had a wait list. I asked if I could just call into them to see and she wasnt sure, told me I had to physically go in and ask the dr.. yet to see a dr you needed an appointment. Once I hung up I called back and pressed each dr extension to dial them.He individual who answers the phone when you press 0 should have more knowledge of how the facility operates and how to contact them. Aside from her knowledge, she also wasn't very nice on the phone and sounded very whiney when answering my questions.
