Great location and work however unfortunately communication was lacking. We brought our vehicle in to have the brakes looked at. Received a text very promptly to say that our vehicle was done and we could come and pick it up. Upon arrival received a $1200 bill for the replacement of 4 rotors. Appreciate the work however a heads up before completing the work would have been appreciated so that we could make an informed decision. It was also difficult to get any information from the shop on what was wrong with our previous rotors when we picked up the vehicle. Great work, poor communication :(

Such an awesome place! We had tried a few other places including dealerships to service our vehicle…(hubby never misses a maintenance schedule) and the service was horrible! OK tires service is fantastic! They are honest and never try to do work you don’t need! Super upbeat if you have concerns the mechanic will talk to you! Love the fact they know your name when you go there too! Keep up the great work and thanks so much for taking care of our vehicle!

Great experience at OK QUISPAMSIS this week. They took my car in on time and actually completed everything asap. No waiting for hours. They were very professional but also very friendly. They explained exactly what was done to my car and the price was GREAT! Great surprise with me coming from Ontario prices. I will definitely use these guys as my go to service garage going forward.
