Paul’s home inspection services were exactly what we needed and more. He took his time to really look at things and then to explain them. Ours is a newly built house, he could’ve just said the build was good to code, but he went the extra mile and went through all the details, and recommended some home improvements/maintenance tips to avoid future issues.

Paul was extremely thorough while conducting our home inspection. He took the time to carefully explain all of his findings to us and what would be needed to fix everything he found. He went the extra mile to go up on our roof where he found some soft spots which allowed us to negotiate a much lower price on our home. Without his inspection we would have been in for a costly surprise down the road.Thank you Paul for your amazing work!
