“I had an amazing experience with this company!
I initially called and said "Hi! i would like to come pick out flooring and have someone bring it to my house and lay it for me without me having to do anything!! Can you guys help me?", she giggled and ensured me they could help!
She then transferred me to a gentleman named Chris Horwich who helped and guided me the whole way! He was patient, knowledgeable, kind and very friendly!
It was suggested to me by friends to "shop around" before committing to one company but i was so happy with the service that i decided to simply continue with Wackys, no matter the price differences because they were all so nice!
Mark Bailey and a young man named Cameron were the workers who came to my house to install. They were kind, efficient, professional, clean and made me feel very safe (I'm a single mother!).
