I had this plumber twice in last 2 months. On first visit I was charged an additional $25 for him to go home half way through the job and get equipment he didn’t arrive with. In each visit the bill was not detailed re labour,parts, gst. Just a lump sum total as he wrote the bill-a “ball park” figure.Won’t ever use this guy again?

Highly recommended! I found a leaking pipe in my home and called Bob's Plumbing & Heating to see if they could help. They showed up within an hour and were very friendly, courteous, and informative. They were able to quickly identify the failing component and repair it immediately. They showed me the fault that was responsible for the leak, explained the cause of it, and answered all of my questions. Payment was easy and the service was affordable, what a great experience! We had a plumbing issue on the labour day long weekend and Bob's came no problem when others told us no. They will now get all of our business and I will highly recommend them to everyone!
