Huge shout out to Ethan from Grants Auto. He went above & beyond to help us after our van broke down. We were only 3 hours into our 15 hour trek home to Ontario.The issue required a new part and several hours of service. Ethan arranged a place for us to stay, drove us to get dinner and dropped us (and our 3 dogs) at a nearby Inn. We had the most incredible experience there too!We were all fixed and on the road the next morning. Everyone at the shop was incredibly kind and ensured we were safe and taken care of.We will make a point to stop for gas here the next time we’re out this way!Excellent service! Thank you.

Truck was overheating on the highway and coolant was leaking. Headed to Ontario hauling a car so in a panic. They took us in and quickly got us back on the road. Never met a better garage to deal with.Service: Engine repair

Blew left rear tire on the TransCanada about 15mins south of Perth-Andover, with 1200km to go in our trip. Changed to the spare once there was enough light to see (thanks to VW roadside assist and an awesome CAA guy!), then headed to Grant's for a patch and to re-install the repaired tire.In and out in under 15 mins, no problem. Great service!
