The great people at Reliable Energy have helped me both with repairs of an existing heat pump and with the purchase and installation of a new one. Every time I've dealt with them, no matter who I was talking to, it's been amazing - they're quick to respond, incredibly helpful with questions and information about their services, and their work is both fantastic and affordable.I was waiting to post this review until it'd been cold enough to test the new heat pump, which thanks to this lovely winter has only happened now. Did great work . Contacted 5 companies for quotes to install 3 heat pumps , I did my research on heat pumps prior. Reliable energy provided quotes on different models to maximize grants available , Reliablea pricing was good, very professional and ease of communication with Louie and Eric . Very happy with the job and service provided.From initial quote to install was a quick turnaround . Would recommend Reliable .Services: Heating system installation
Excellent service from Louis and Maurice. Promptly provided a quote when requested with various options. I selelcted the unit I wanted and Louis provided me with a date and time for the install. A good 10 to 15 minutes before the start time I could hear noise outside the house. There was Louis with al the materials off loaded and he had started the outside preparation. A couple of hours later the job was complete and the new mini split effectively heating the room.Highly recommend Reliable Energy for those looking for HVAC / Mini Split services in the Greater Moncton Area.Service: Heating system installation
