I am a healthcare professional …. And as of late it would seem to get in to this clinic you have to have nothing wrong with you. I had a flare of Rheumatoid Arthritis with a swollen joint and the secretary said I would not be seen and need to go to an ER. I suppose secretaries are now trained in triage?????? It did not matter that I am a healthcare professional that knew that would be an outrageous abuse of the ER system. She was highly unprofessional, rude, and snarly. I left in disbelief and disgusted … I do not have doctor and what the hell am I suppose to do !!!!! She needs to have attention called to her behavior.

The doctors there are very helpful. However, seeing them requires getting past the administrative assistant - who acts more like a gatekeeper than someone who cares. I went there after experiencing a moderate cold/flu, only to be handed a COVID test by one of the staff there. She balked when I tried to verify the steps with her ("you've never done a COVID test before?") before telling me to "look it up on Google." She even said, "I realize you aren't feeling the best right now" - suggesting I was giving her attitude.

I went to this location last year and they saw me. Today I went for an appointment, I provided proof that I paid to get a replacement health card and the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Firstly, she was speaking so loud that everyone could hear, and even if you can’t help someone because the system is not linked to NB health Medicare, you don’t need to publicize why someone is there for health care, nor make it public with 5 people standing in line. The receptionist closest to the doctor’s office always behaves this way, I’ve been calling and walked in many times.
