She knew what we wanted to the point that we very rarely disagreed with a design call she suggested, and even if we did, once she explained it further we ended up on the same page anyway! This was a key element given we were still living abroad while our home was being built. She was our boots on the ground and our eyes when we couldn't be there in person. She was so wonderful in every way that she gave us the comfort and confidence to fully trust in the process, which she also appreciated!
