The team at Conceptia has been nothing short of amazing for us. Dr. Jean is extremely personable, efficient and clearly very skilled in his field. All of the nurses, laboratory staff and administrative staff are also outstanding. They have a way of bringing you down during some pretty intense and vulnerable moments. All are so friendly and it’s clear that they really care about their patients. I never thought I would feel so comfortable walking into a hospital- we genuinely look forward to seeing these people at our appointments. Feeling grateful that we have them here in NB! My experience was a wonderful one the receptionists were very accomadative ,pleasant and make my visit welcomed, the room was well prepared and set for the occasion, the procedure was was well explained to me step by step there was no room for errors.well done to the teem.

Initial pre-screening call and meeting with the doctor was amazing; very professional, easy going, great rapport. I felt heard, at ease and confident. A huge bonus is that I was allowed to have my partner present as well as the couple I’m hoping to help.
