I don't know how they have a 4 star google rating unless they are paying for good reviews. This is the worst canadian tire I have ever been to. The staff are impossible to find to get help, probably significantly under staffed, and when they can be found they really don't care to help you. I went there because they had something in stock the other nearby locations didn't have. I spoke to 3 people to get it out of the case for me and they all left and nobody returned. Finally after 35 minutes of waiting I walked up to the cash and asked for help a 4th time and somebody finally met me to get it out of the case. Then my next 2 visits the website said they had multiple units in stock. Both times they have nothing in stock. Please tell me how you lose 3 tool cabinets. At least one of the 2 times the guy checked the back stock for about a minute. The other time I got a shoulder shrug

Stay away from Canadian Tire at 1-1380 Mountain Rd, Moncton N.-B. I brought my 2012 2 door Jeep Wrangler in there yesterday to get a spark plug in intake 5 installed and a engine coil, so after me showing up with 6 new in package spark plugs and let's keep in mind that I had already got it diagnosed elsewhere telling me exactly what needed to be done but they only had a opening in two weeks so I decided to go to Canadian Tire to save time, so that being said I knew why the engine light was on and what needed to be done and after they diagnosed it on there end we where all on the same page. Now after me waiting there for over 3 hours for a change of spark plug and coil and it was closing time on the garage side of Canadian Tire the mechanic drove my Jeep out and me being happy to see it rolled out i ask him so how was it? jokingly... he's answer was (I couldn't fix it) and to come back tomorrow morning and he would look at it on a hourly basis!!! I thought he was joking but he wasn't, how can I license mechanic can't install a spark plug but charge me a full rate of $438 for something that they couldn't fix? and I'm the one that supplied the spark plugs... To make matters even worse I was so in rage to sit in my details Jeep to find greasy hand prints all over my steering wheel cover, stick sift and drivers seat!!! How very disrespectful on their staff!!! I had to remove and throw away my steering and seat covers out... I am so very disappointed with Canadian Tire for ripping me off from time and money that (I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE) STAY AWAY FROM CANADIAN TIRE ON MOUNTAIN RD MONCTON!!!

follow up on previous reviewafter I post a daming review in regards to the worst customer service experience ever , I have been going for 2 years , then Bernie appeared and the very badcustomer service issuewhat CT did after is worst they had me call a service line with an agent and pretending to care about your situation. after having I never heard anything from them and to top it they removed my review .I would stay away there us a lot honest garage in Momcton
