He took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. The workers (crew 1), were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They were here early and worked hard throughout each day without leaving before ensuring everything was cleaned around the house. Very happy with our new roof. Working with Artisan was an excellent experience from initial contact through to the job completion. Brad was focused on delivering an exceptional service and kept us fully informed when weather delay occurred. Kudos to Alex and William for the top notch installation and service. I highly recommend Artisan. I got at least 12 quotes from different roofing companies. Artisan was one of the quotes in the mid to lower range. I had a lot of questions as I know nothing about roofing. They answered all my questions, emails, and voicemails quickly. The software they use to quote gives the different options available along with the details of what is included. They use a scheduling program that keeps you updated daily. Once it was time for the job to begin, they arrived early and left late each day, there was no “hurry” to leave at 5 or 6 pm, they finished what had to be completed and cleaned up each day.
