Had no issues in the store buying fish but when we had questions afterwards and called the store several times, over several days, they never ever answered their phone. Very frustrating especially when their message is to stay on the line and wait for next available person.....frustrating!

Amazing store and staff! They're highly knowledgeable and passionate about all pets. They ensure all pets sold have the proper sized home and the right food. Some were even vet techs in the past. They honestly love all animals and love meeting yours in the store ❤️

PetSmart is a fantastic spot for all your pet needs, offering a wide range of supplies. While the store caters to fish, hamsters, cats, and birds, the selection of pets available for purchase or adoption is limited. Unfortunately, they don't have dogs. Overall, a great place for pet essentials!
