Won't pick up the phone. Fish are mostly bad quality. Website inventory not up to date, drove 1h multiple times to end up having the fish I wanted not available even though in stock on the website. Got questionable advice from this store about certain fish, when I pointed out I have 20 years experience with those and her advice was inaccurate, she said goodbye to the fish in the bag like they were doing to be executed. Other times, staff was great so I guess it is hit or miss.

Excellent customer service from Bowie ( miniature Australia shepherd and sales manager ) .. super helpful and customer focused. A true gentleman.loved his accent and tales of auntie Courtney in Oz . if I could give 10 stars I would ?❤️?

Last night we went into the Petsmart up on Prospect St hoping to get one of their furry friends toys that they always have for 6$ our boy Fang. They are his absolute favorite toys in the world. Unfortunately when we arrived they were all sold out of all the holiday plush and both Fang and I were disappointed he would not be getting a Christmas reindeer buddy. One of the employees then went into the back where they were storing the extra plushes bought by other people with the intention of being donated to the food bank, and gave it to Fang for Christmas, for free.
