I've been going to Mike and Randy's since they opened 20+ years ago. Excellent service. Friendly. Definitely trustworthy. Honest. One time, I could overhear a phone conversation where they were arguing on behalf of me to a car dealer over an issue McCoys found. I always recommend them to friends and family.
This place is the God Send-off places. Kent is a total saviour as well as the garage itself.I was touring with E-FORCE, and we had radiator problems. They took my van in right away, and several hours later, I was able to get back on the road and make it to play Moncton that evening and Halifax the following night. Without their help, the tour would have been likely canceled, or more expensive measures would have been taken, which would have broken the bands budget.Thank you Kent, and thank you to the staff that were involved.
MVI completed. Now good for another 2 years. Service was fast and efficient. They took the time to make me aware of anticipated servicing that would be required in the future. They gave me an approximate time line and cost which I appreciated.
