Prompt professional service, highly recommend over their competitors. Gave a quote on two new heat pump installations, came the next week to install. No issues at all, they were on time and the technicians were respectful/knowledgeable.
I can be a bit of a talker, and the staff was kind enough to walk me through my options and make sure I knew why I was getting into. I also felt very listen to, and that my needs were important. They interacted very well with my cat and my cat can sometimes be a bit of a problem so I was very, very happy about that. And they seem comfortable working with Home and Good because not everybody can. it’s nice to have the 1975 questionable decisions, being erased and everything being updated to a more modern standard.
