Worst shipping company, period. Costco needs to shut down their business with eu as quickly as possible. I received a call on January 3rd telling me that he was coming to deliver my generator because we had no more power. He calls me back 6 hours later to tell me that it is 6 hours from our house and that they made a mistake in the address. My address was very clearly written without any error, as if it was voluntary on their part. The level of incompetence required to make such a mistake for such a large package is too great for it not to be intentional. In short, he tells me that he has no idea when I will receive the goods. Online purchase was shipped with Day & Ross. Order was suppose to arrive at the latest 4 business days ago. Customer service said the item was suppose to be scanned locally yeaterday and delivered today. Yet nothing has happened for the past 2 days. At this point I am starting to believe they lost the item in the past week since scanned in Moncton.Not a small purchase either.
