“I was prescribed physiotherapy following an accident that required reconstructive surgery on my elbow. I had never done physiotherapy prior to this. I was nervous about the entire process and what it would entail.Booking my initial consultation visit via telephone was simple, and the person to whom I spoke was very affable and willing to answer any questions I had which helped ease my anxiety about the situation.I was paired with a delightful physiotherapist named Zach. Zach is very charming and cordial, and most importantly, he is excellent at what he does.
