Jeff from Francis plumbing jumped into action and went above and beyond by troubleshooting a sudden sewer backup situation at my house while just doing a routine visit for something else. I am overseas and Jeff has been nothing but responsive, sympathetic and very competent in helping me solve emergency. Anyone would be very lucky to have him work on their plumbing issues. Class act all the way ! I STRONGLY recommend him and Francis Plumbing !!!!
