Had a great experience with Alicia , very knowledgeable and helpful, had a installer that knew what they were doing with this luxury vinyl, highly recommend for the basement floor floor as we has laminate before and the water damage to the laminate curled it up and this one if ever wet won’t do that . Michel supplied our engineered hardwood and tile for our reno project and the floors turned out great. Service was awesome and products delivered in a timely manner.
