“I have a split level house and I was burning wood and oil. I contacted this company about 2 years ago, so I had this central unit for two or more years now and when I change I was kinda nervous to loose my wood furnace. But now two years later. Wow, I am still very happy with my system and it works great. I have no regrets of getting rid of my wood and oil furnace. Because of my stupidity I had to call them a few times at first and they were always very professional and quick to respond, even tho it was my stupidity. But yes if your thinking about changing system stop thinking and just do it. The owner I forgot his name was very helpfull in many ways even telling me how I should fix my generator in case of power outages. Very professional company and yes very highly recommend. It took me over two years to wait to make a comment or review on this because I wanted to wait and see how this thing was going to work. But man, the central air conditioning is amazing for the summer no more humidity in my basement. 5 star I would not go back to wood and oil. Piece of mind for me no more cutting and splitting and Pilling wood.. after two years or more. No regrets. I also want to do a shout out to the receptionist very sweet, polite and always professional. Great company. Yes, I would highly recommend and I would used them again.
