We had a Radon Detection System installed in my Mom's house in December by Big Mountain Insulators. A few days ago I noticed that the motor (fan?) was making a funny noise and sounded as if it was bad. I called Big Mountain Insulators and left a message. Judy called me back and said that they would have someone out here ASAP. Within a day, the Installer (Joe) came to the house to take a look. He was one of the nicest, kindest people I have ever met and he really knew his stuff. He inspected the system and without hesitation said he would replace the part making the noise.
