We just completed a deck re-build with James Schulteis and Schulteis Construction. James was extremely helpful throughout, listening to my wish list and offering numerous suggestions that guided the design of the deck. Everything turned out great, and the new deck looks much nicer (and as a composite deck will last much longer) than the old deck that it replaced. James and his entire crew do fantastic work, are very dedicated (often working well into the evening), are personable and easy to work with, showed terrific attention to detail, and left the job site clean once the deck was completed. They were able to show up on time and finish job within time frame that was given. The company was also able to give a good price and does great quality work. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing homebuilder and all your project needs!

Working with James and his construction crew on our home remodel was a great experience. Not only is James an extremely talented contractor, his prices are fair and his attention to detail is top notch. James helped us with a large home remodel last summer. He put in long days and worked on the weekend to help us meet our completion deadline. I’d hire James over and over again for any future projects.
