James was extremely helpful throughout, listening to my wish list and offering numerous suggestions that guided the design of the deck. Everything turned out great, and the new deck looks much nicer (and as a composite deck will last much longer) than the old deck that it replaced. James and his entire crew do fantastic work, are very dedicated (often working well into the evening), are personable and easy to work with, showed terrific attention to detail, and left the job site clean once the deck was completed. I couldn't be happier with the results and overall experience, and I highly recommend Schulteis Construction as a result. I found their pricing to be competitive, and the final cost came in right in line with the original bid. The only challenge is that James is always quite busy with work, but he is worth the wait so plan accordingly.“
