Hannah is amazing!!! When you make your appointment time and drop your dog off Hannah starts right away! She doesn’t leave your dog sit for hours before like a lot of these places! She’s very accommodating to your concerns and your pet . I’m a very picky person and I highly recommend Hannah!!!

We have been traveling for the summer and brought our dog with us. She was in dire need of a groom and decided to try our luck while in Hamilton. We left a message with Hannah and luckily someone canceled and she called us the next day to tell us we can have that appointment. Our dog now has a great and cute summer cut suitable for travel. Hannah did a great job with our Havanese and we were so grateful that she could fit us in.

I love this place! It is the only place I will take my dog. The ladies are very kind and know their stuff. They make your dog comfortable and they leave beautiful. I have a border collie who goes in for seasonal deshedding and I love it. I get fir help and he gets spa time.Bonus: their prices are unbeatable!!
