“My mother had a clogged toilet right before Thanksgiving weekend. She had insurance who was not communicating with her that they could not find anyone to come out. So I took the initiative and searched for someone. I only looked under the five star reviews and was able to get in touch with Leon at R&R and there is a reason they have five stars! The guy was everything and more we could’ve hoped for! He was able to get over to her place as he just finished one job within 10-15 minutes. Not only did he fix the clog he repaired the flapper and she is eventually going to have him install and redo her toilet since it’s time to upgrade and was part of the clog issue. We were so relieved we thought we were going to have to wait until after the Holiday to even have the problem resolved but he went above and beyond what we needed and we are so appreciative of his work. If you’re looking for awesome service for your plumbing/toilet needs this is the place and I would highly recommend giving them a call!“
